Returns & Exchanges|
You can return merchandise up to 30 days after the purchase date, unless otherwise explicitly specified for specific product(s). Before you return any merchandise, you must contact us by email to receive email authorization. We will put a note in your order history to expect the items back. If you do not have this authorization, we cannot accept your returned merchandise. The merchandise must be unused and include all the original parts and manuals. When returning an order, please include a copy of your email receipt or packing slip, or description of the reason for return and requested action.
Merchandise should be repackaged in its original packaging in order to reduce the risk of damage. You are responsible for return shipping charges. You are responsible for lost packages or any damage that may occur to the merchandise while in transit. For high-value items, it is advised to purchase shipping insurance also. Your return shipment must be made via Canada Post. Email us your shipping tracking number once the return has been mailed.

We will try to process the return as quickly as possible, but allow up to 10 business days from receiving the merchandise back. The complete refund will be the original purchase price less a 10% processing fee and the original shipping costs already paid to the carrier. The actual deductions can vary or be waived on a per-case basis. Orders that received free shipping will also be subject to deduction of the actual shipping cost, in order to cover the shipping and handling charge it cost to originally ship the order to the customer.
For return of products that GTAwater techninicans installed on customers premise, the labour part of the sale is not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to GTAwater according to the above return/exchange policies.

The above return policy also applies to exchanges. However, if you would like to exchange your filters for different filters of equal or greater value, we will waive the 10% processing fee.
Upon the receipt of your order, please inspect all of the products immediately. You must inform us of any defective, damaged, or missing products within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at email@example.com for instructions on replacing the damaged/missing items. If a product is damaged or missing, ALL boxes and packaging materials must be saved for carrier inspection prior to our approval for shipping replacement products.
Cancelled Orders Policy:
We ship most orders same-day or within one business day. If you contact us before shipment of your order, you may cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order, but you may return your order in accordance with the above return policy.
Refused Shipments or Undeliverable Address:
If you refuse delivery of a shipment or provide an undeliverable address as your shipping address and your package is returned to us, you will be credited for the purchase price less all shipping charges and a 10% re-stocking fee. Alternatively, you may pay the cost to reship the product and provide any needed updates to your shipping address and/or shipping method. Re-stocking fee will be waived for reships.
Product warranty is provided by each products manufacturer warranty. GTAwater Corp is a retailer of the products listed on our website. GTAwater Corp values customer satisfaction, and will try to provide initial support for common product issues in order to minimize the inconvenience for our customers; however, if we cannot resolve the issue to purchasers satisfaction, purchaser must follow and rely on the products manufacturer warranty for resolution.
GTAwater primarily sells water products. We do not force or require customers to purchase our installation services. Installation services are provided only as a convenience for customers, and per customers request. GTAwater technicians will provide 30-day warranty for workmanship. Should there be any water leaks directly related to the work done, GTAwater maximum obligation will be limited to sending technician to fix the leak. GTAwater will not be liable or responsible for consequential damages of any nature or amount arising from the work performed by our technicians.
All product information presented on GTAwater.com and/or provided by our sales agents is based on data believed to be reliable. It is offered for evaluation and comparison, but is not to be considered a warranty of any kind. GTAwater Corp makes no warranty, expressed or implied, concerning any product, the merchantability or fitness thereof. GTAwater Corps maximum obligation for any sale shall be limited to a refund of purchase price or replacement of products proven defective. GTAwater Corp shall in no event be responsible for consequential damages of any nature or amount. Determination of suitability of product for uses and applications contemplated by purchaser shall be the sole responsibility of purchaser.
Purchaser agree to hold GTAwater Corp harmless for any product liability caused by improper system selection, manufacture, design, or installation. GTAwater Corp is a passive reseller and is not subject to product liability.
