| Allergic to chlorine | |
I think I'm allergic to chlorine (or at least have a sensitivity toward it). About a few weeks ago, I stayed at the MGM in Vegas, but in their special well stay rooms. Not only did they have fancy light alarms, aromatherapy diffuser and extra heavy duty air filters, they also had vitamin c showers. I live in LA and my skin was just about as scaly and dry and peeling as I have ever seen it in my wife. For a convention, we stayed at the MGM well stay rooms and during my 5 day stay, my skin magically became normal again.
When I got back home, my dry scaly itchy crusty skin came back. I quickly searched on amazon for the same thing, and I hoped this product proved to have the same effect. I got this product on a Saturday and by Wednesday my sin has gone back to normal again!!
I would have never know this product existed and I'm so glad I stumbled across it in Vegas. Another bonus, my hair feels amazingly healthy for once again. It was crunchy and dry before the vit c installation. Seriously thinking of switching my whole house to a soft water system, but at least I have this in the meantime!! It doesn't look like it's filtering the water, but I can definitely notice my soaps feel more slick and later better. Thank you! |

I purchased this vitamin c filter to go along with a cartridge with a cartridge filter to get rid of the chloramine in my city water. Here in Southern California the water is pretty nasty. My hair and skin was dried out. It's very hard to find a filter that remove chloramine, vitamin c does the best job for shower filter. Made a big difference to my water.

| Definitely takes out the chlorine in our water. Before using the filter, our shower water would smell chlorinated. After using it, we don't smell it. |

| I received the shower filter it was delivered on a Sunday which is awesome! The shower filter comes with three extra shower filters and they last for about 1 to 3 or 3 to 6 months depending on how bad the water quality is. I looked at the directions and it was very easy to follow along with the pictures. I'm excited to use this. I'm excited to use this product because our water is very hard water and the less minerals and sentiments and impurities there are in my water, the better it is for my family. |

It might not show that I am a verified purchaser because I bought it. The reason I am writing my review here is to maybe help the review here called "KandiMarie".
What I did, following a chemist's recommendation, is to fit this filter in tandem with a charcoal filter.
I don't have KandiMarie's medical issues but since our city changed to chloramine my hair became brittle and skin very dry, and my husband got terrible dandruff.
I only fitted this filter 2 days ago and the result was dramatic. I didn't need any oil or lotions on my hair even after the first wash. It is softer and shinier. I feel confident it will return completely to its normal state in a few washes. My skin feels softer too.
Yes. At times it seems that water only fills the filter and isn't moving. Try turning up the pressure just to see the pressure bubbles moving through.
Another plus, for reasons I don't know, the water pressure was so much better that I turned down the faucet considerably.
I will update this review in one month to be absolutely fair. |

| A shower filter that looks great and works exactly | |
| I've been using different shower filters for many years now. Living in Los Angeles, the water quality is pretty terrible and the chlorine content is particularly high. My old ShowerSoft filter was ok, but just wasn't cutting it and my skin was getting so dry and irritated. So I did a LOT of research before settling on the Vita Fresh Filter. Super easy to instal, unlike many shower filters. I noticed the difference with my skin after literally one shower. Zero chlorine smell and the water felt softer. I found myself wanting to take gulps of the shower water (what am I, a puppy?!) it was so fresh! |

| Great Product my Hair and Pores have never been cleaner!!! CHLORINE BAD VITAMIN GOOD!! Vitamin C is what National Parks use to Neutralize chlorine in water that is put back into streams and riviers. |

| After putting on this filter, it was immediately apparent that the water was softer. I have city water and sometimes could smell the chlorine and what not. I got this filter, and two others (one to take out chlorine and one to put in oxygen back into the water). my skin is super clear and soft and my wife says that her hair has seen a significant improvement. we've had ths installed for about a month now. |
