PLACING AN ORDER IS SIMPLE AND QUICK!
Enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the "Quantity" box under each product description.
Click the "Add to Cart" button and the item will be added to your shopping cart.
Continue shopping until all items have been added.
Click the "Check Out" button to complete the transaction.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
(1) Orders generally take 1 to 3 business days to process and ship out. If it has not shipped within that time, then likely product is backlogged. Backlog items will ship out as soon as new inventory arrives.
(2) Almost all orders will be shipped by Canada Post expedited service. Customer must provide shipping address that Canada Post can deliver to. For very large items such as softeners, it will ship by courier.
(3) A tracking number will be emailed once product has shipped out.
