We provide limited warranty on all our systems and filters. This is a way, we give our client great confidence in shopping with us.
All shipments are delivered by either our own company trucks or using Canada Post service. We provide tracking on all shipments. Small items are shipped by Canada Post in 2-3 business day after order being processed. Large items are delivered by our shipping department and a time is arranged with the client.
Returns and Refund:
Where we offer "free installation" or "installation is included in the price", the cost of labor will be deducted from the sales amount when a product is returned.
