Product Description:

Mercury Test Kit for Drinking Water (Boris'), in Water Test Strips. Kit contains a bottle of 50 test strips to check for standard levels of mercury: 0, 2, 5, 10, 20, 40, 80 ppb (parts per billion). Result in 90 seconds. Boris' Mercury Check for drinking water is a quick and easy method to test for levels of mercury in your drinking water source ( Hg - free dissolved ).

Alternative to wet chemical copper tests for several reasons:
- No hazardous chemicals to mix
- MSDS is not required
- Quick results are obtained in less than 1 minute
- Drinking Water Boris' Mercury Water Test Kit has no identified interferences.

How to use Mercury Water Test Kit:

The test procedure for this test is simple and quick. Just dip one test strip into a 200 mL (7 oz) or greater water sample. Move the strip in a back and forth motion for 60 seconds. Remove the strip from the water sample and shake once to remove the excess water. Wait 30 seconds and then match to the closest color.

Sensitivity: 0, 2, 5, 10, 20, 40, 80 ppb (to convert to parts per million or mg/L, divide by 1000)
Total test time: 90 seconds
50 tests per bottle
EPA maximum contaminant level (MCL) in drinking water - 0.002 ppm , or 2 ppb (parts per billion).
